Parking: Parham Park, Parking is clearly signposted and is situated right next to the fair. Disabled Parking is available.

Dogs: Well behaved dogs on leads, not to roam behind event into parkland

House & Garden:

Parham House & Garden is Open on Friday 5th June - The Country Brocante Ticket holders will receive a 20% discount, please present your ticket at the house to receive the discounted entrance

Parham House & Garden is Closed on Saturday 6th June

The Country Brocante Ticket holders can return on Sunday 7th June for discounted entrance ( please note the fair is not open on this day)
Disabled Access & Facilities: Disabled parking next to the marquee on request at main gates, Disabled loos. Please note the event is held in parkland and the ground can be undulated in areas.

Food & Drink: Cafe open both days 9 am - 4 pm

We host a beautiful tea room and welcome lots of local producers and caters to the event.
